New customers are given one contact person for all their needs and concerns.
Quality Control: All translated texts are
verified by a reviser who has been selected and trained to meet
a specific customer's requirements.
The text is then sent back to the translator for approval. Unresolved issues
are brought before our senior reviser. Final decisions are unanimous.
On-time delivery: We schedule sufficient buffer time to make up for
last-minute glitches or errors in transmission. Our delivery
is on time.
Rush
Jobs: With
our translators being located in different time zones, we can deliver rush
jobs at unusual times.
Redundancy Discount:
We
monitor text redundancy irrespective of format (text must be electronically
processable) and invoice only the non-redundant part of serial texts.
